Isaiah 9

Okay, I'm going to be perfectly honest here....this book is stressing me out.  I love that our Savior is being introduced....but I can't keep the kingdoms, rulers and groups straight.  I'm trying....but it is causing burning stress in my chest.  So....basically Isaiah is still telling of what is to come.....there are people that are heading to gloom and doom for their actions.  Kingdoms are falling.

But...

Those that are followers will find joy.

(9:3)  You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy;
they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest.


(9:6)  For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.  And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
